Project Description

The Kings River Mitigation Bank is located on 270 acres in the Ozark Mountains of Madison County, Arkansas. The goal of establishing the bank is to create wildlife habitat, restore stream function, and enhance riparian rangeland through restoration and perpetual conservation along the Kings River and associated tributaries. The Kings River is an Extraordinary Resource Water adding to the importance of its restoration.
